Sweet Corn
A1 Sweet corn ears are procured from farmers with best practices and the kernels are removed from the cob at the most hygienically maintained collection centers located at the farm level. These kernels are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) in the most advanced processing plant within 6-10 hours of the plucking from the plant. The resultant IQF sweet corn is of A1 grade that is free flowing and packed in the most hygienic packing section and then stored in the cold storage at -18 deg C.
Storage
- Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Do not refreeze after thawing
- Shelf life 18 months

Appearance & Size: Pale yellow, yellow and golden yellow with uniform sized kernels.
